Our goal this year is 120 filled backpacks! Last year we filled 108 and I know that the shelters could use a few more each. We would like to start collecting items sooner this year in order to get the bags delivered at the beginning of August.
Watch the blog for a list items that are needed later as we head into summer. Right now we can use anything and everything. Remember that we are filling 20 backpacks for older children in the Stay in School Program at Youth Without Shelter so we will need items such as USB sticks and scientific calculators.
If you work at a business who would like to make a donation , we'll add their name to our business donor page.
